These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hehe platform and all its services. By accessing or using the hehe website, mobile app or any related services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" — hehe's website, mobile application and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has registered on hehe or is using its services.
• "Account" — a personal user account registered in a member's name.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — any sports bet placed or casino game participation made through the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional money granted by hehe that must meet specified wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.

1.2 Applicability of the Terms

These Terms apply equally to all members using hehe from Bangladesh. Other guidelines, rules and notices published on the platform are considered part of these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to register and participate on the hehe platform is 21 (21+). By creating an account, each member confirms they are 21 or older. hehe may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account if satisfactory proof is not provided.

2.2 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. If a person holds more than one account, all of them will be closed.
• Information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and email — must be fully accurate and kept up to date.
• hehe reserves the right to cancel without notice any account opened with false or incorrect information.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure.

2.3 Account Ownership

An account belongs solely to the registered individual. Transferring, selling or allowing others to use an account is strictly prohibited. The registered member bears full responsibility for all activity on the account.

hehe is required to verify the identity of every member. This process maintains platform security and helps prevent fraud.

3.1 Required Documents

• A scanned copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• An OTP for mobile number verification.
• A brief summary of a bank or mobile banking account if required.

3.2 Until Verification is Complete

Withdrawal access may be limited until identity verification is complete. Verified members can participate in various promotions including the hehe Birthday Surprise.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on hehe is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). All deposits are processed through SSL-secured encryption.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The same methods apply — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer.

4.3 Account Matching Requirements

• The deposit and withdrawal method must be registered in the same name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are not permitted.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, hehe reserves the right to hold the payment while an investigation is carried out.

hehe's promotional offers are subject to specific conditions. A bonus is never free cash — wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be used or withdrawn.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To withdraw bonus funds, wagering equal to 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; withdrawing the bonus requires ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagering.

5.2 Other Bonuses

• hehe Weekly Deposit Festival — 50% bonus on any single deposit per week, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20×; minimum deposit ৳200.
• hehe Slot Fun Bonus — 30% bonus on slot game deposits, up to ৳3,000; wagering 25×; once per day.
• hehe Cricket Excitement — 40% bonus on cricket betting deposits, up to ৳4,000; wagering 18×; once per week.
• hehe Birthday Surprise — up to ৳1,000 reward for verified members in their birthday month; wagering 10×.
• hehe Refer a Friend — up to ৳1,500 for each successful referral; wagering 15×.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed once only, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.
• Specific game restrictions may apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
• hehe reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious bonus use is identified.

6.1 Bet Validity

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless hehe acknowledges a technical error. The outcome of bets on cricket, football and any other sport will be determined based on the official result.

6.2 Odds Changes

A bet will be processed at the odds that were in effect when the bet was finalised. For live betting after an event has started, odds change continuously and final acceptance is at hehe's discretion.

6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If a sporting event is cancelled before it starts, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If a match does not resume within a specified time limit, it will be treated as void.
• In the event of a technical error in a casino game, hehe may declare the affected round void.

6.4 VIP Program

hehe has four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback on weekly net losses is up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Regular active participation is required to move to a higher level.

hehe takes responsible gaming seriously. In line with the Responsible Gaming Policy, members can set their own deposit limits, session times and self-exclusion.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Any member may request a temporary suspension of their account for a set period. During self-exclusion, all promotional communications including bonus offers will be stopped.

7.2 Protection of Minors

Use of hehe by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software on shared devices.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hehe platform and, if identified, may result in immediate account cancellation:

• Operating more than one account for the same person.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to circumvent bonus conditions risk-free through various methods.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using robotic software or automated methods.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Operating an account using false or misleading information.

9.1 hehe's Rights

hehe reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account for any reason or for no reason, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms.

9.2 Member's Rights

A member may close their account at their own discretion. In that case, they will have the opportunity to withdraw verified cash funds held in the account, subject to wagering requirements being met.

9.3 Appeals Process

If a member wishes to dispute an account suspension, they may contact hehe's support team via live chat or email. hehe will communicate its decision after a proper investigation.

hehe is an entertainment platform. hehe is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by a member's loss of internet connection.
• Disruption caused by technical issues on the part of third parties.
• Loss resulting from a member's own negligence in securing their account.
• Discrepancies between different sources of information regarding sporting event results.

10.1 Technical Errors

In the event of server downtime or software errors, hehe will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable time. If the outcome of a bet is affected by a technical error, hehe reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.
